This full-time position is based in Atlanta and plays a critical role in supporting the Chief Revenue Officer by managing sales operations and contributing to customer marketing operations.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities
- Support the Chief Revenue Officer in managing and optimizing sales operations processes.
- Manage CRM systems, ensuring accurate tracking of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of customer marketing strategies to enhance engagement and loyalty.
- Analyze sales data and marketing metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment of strategies and objectives.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of sales and marketing materials.
- Liaise with clients and prospects to foster strong relationships and understand their needs.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline customer communication and sales processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales and marketing activities.
