Job Description

The Sales Operations Specialist at Procurant USA LLC is a vital role responsible for streamlining sales processes and enhancing customer engagement strategies. This full-time position is based in Atlanta and plays a critical role in supporting the Chief Revenue Officer by managing sales operations and contributing to customer marketing operations.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities

  • Support the Chief Revenue Officer in managing and optimizing sales operations processes.
  • Manage CRM systems, ensuring accurate tracking of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of customer marketing strategies to enhance engagement and loyalty.
  • Analyze sales data and marketing metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment of strategies and objectives.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of sales and marketing materials.
  • Liaise with clients and prospects to foster strong relationships and understand their needs.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline customer communication and sales processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales and marketing activities.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales operations, marketing, or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on driving sales growth and customer engagement.
  • BA/BS degree in marketing or relevant field
